Jennalea dedicates her career to the different cycles of women's lives and optimising their health along the way.
With her breadth of knowledge in Yoga Asana and Meditation, Human Anatomy and Physiology, Human Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine as well as firsthand experience of pregnancy, birth and postpartum - Bend with Baby was born.
This is a passion project. Jennalea wants more women to feel empowered by the inner wisdom of their bodies. Yoga is the key to unlock this wisdom. To drop in, to listen in and to trust.
Optimal balanced nutrition is key in supporting a healthy pregnancy. Our growing baby requires a lot from us, and our recommended daily intakes for micro and macro nutrients increase
