Whether we have worked together in a 4 session program or an initial consult, this follow up session is to ensure you are making progress with your health goals and treatment aims. Where necessary, we will set new aims and address any other issues with your health. I am here as your cheerleader and I want to see you thrive! You will receive your treatment plan after our call, tailored for you. dietary advice pathology and or specific tests analysis lifestyle recommendations handouts for your health concerns meal plan + grocery list + recipes

Cancellation Policy

to cancel or reschedule, please contact me 24 hours before appointment commences. Cancelling an appointment thereafter will accrue a 50% charge of that appointment.
