Initial Nutrition Consultation

Service Description

In this 1 hour session we will discuss your presenting health complaints and concerns. After our session I will provide you with a treatment plan tailored to your most urgent health concern to prioritise and make positive change to get you on the way of optimal health! This plan includes - Nutritional Foundations Tailored dietary advice to your recent bloods and or symptom picture Lifestyle recommendations including mindfulness + resources Supplementation (if necessary) Meal plan + grocery list with recipes Additional handouts specific to your health concerns 

Cancellation Policy

to cancel or reschedule, please contact me 24 hours before appointment commences. Cancelling an appointment thereafter will accrue a 50% charge of that appointment.
